The Mission Valley YMCA Seals swim team is a year-round, competitive swim team program that regularly participates in USA Swimming swim meets. The goal of our team is to provide an opportunity to improve swimming skills while embracing the core YMCA values of: responsibility, respect, caring, and honesty.
